1. To open an encrypted email or attachment from us - download the FREE Switch Reader.

Download the Reader: Go to http://www.egress.com/downloadnow. You don't need IT Administrator rights - anyone can download it.

Create your account, enter your email address and enter a password. That's it.

2. To send an encrypted email to us - download the FREE Switch Client.

When you are sending confidential or personal information to us you will need to download the Switch Client.

The Switch Client is both the Reader for encrypted emails we send to you and it also encrypts emails you send to us. You will need IT Administrator rights to download this, so please speak to you IT Administrator.
