Win-win in the customer survey!

Thank you to all the clients who completed our recent survey – your responses have proved very useful in letting us know how you feel about intended future enhancements to our service. Many of you want to be able to view your payroll reports and payslips online and have an online history of your payroll records so we will be meeting with our software providers to discuss moving this forward.

As is customary with our surveys a draw was made for a charity donation and the winner was Impact Office Equipment Ltd. The Payroll contact Alison Burrows enabled us to select any breast cancer charity to receive the donation. Alison’s open invitation enabled us to nominate one of our own clients who is a breast cancer charity, so we definitely had a win-win situation!

We also spoke to Alison and asked her to put in words how she found the Payplus payroll service, she said:
